The day arrived, finally, after more than 400 hours of work. We launched the gia at Sandy Lake in the Prince Albert National Park on a beautiful hot day when winds were around 15 km from the Northwest. Although nervous at first about how she would handle, I soon settled down and had a wonderful day.
While these photos are not all as clear as they could be, they give an idea of how she looked on her maiden voyage.
